  • • Own the full outbound prospecting cycle for the French market, including identifying target accounts, initiating contact via cold calls, and following up with email and LinkedIn using intent data and engagement signals to prioritize high-potential prospects
  • • Conduct discovery conversations with decision-makers in French-speaking organizations to uncover business challenges related to spam labeling, low call answer rates, and damaged brand reputation due to fraudulent or unwanted calls
  • • Execute 50+ daily touchpoints across ICP-aligned accounts to build a qualified pipeline of Stage 1 opportunities aligned with Hiya’s go-to-market strategy
  • • Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, opportunity handoff, and pipeline forecasting to ensure seamless transition from prospecting to sales
  • • Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene by accurately logging all interactions, updating deal stages, and adhering to MQL qualification processes
  • • Contribute to pipeline forecasting by providing real-time insights on market response, objection patterns, and prospect feedback to refine outreach strategies
  • • Test and iterate on messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting criteria to optimize conversion rates and improve Hiya’s positioning in the French market
  • • Represent Hiya at industry events across Europe, with up to 10% travel required for conferences and outreach initiatives
  • • Work from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility for remote work on other days
  • • Collaborate with the SDR Manager and broader GTM team to align on priorities, share market intelligence, and scale successful tactics across EMEA
  • • Drive accountability through self-directed execution, meeting daily and weekly targets without micromanagement, while remaining open to feedback and coaching
  • • Translate Hiya’s AI-powered voice trust solutions into compelling value propositions tailored to French-speaking enterprises in telecom, enterprise tech, and digital services
  • • Act as a frontline voice of the French market, providing actionable insights on competitor activity, regulatory concerns, and customer pain points to inform product and messaging strategy

🎯 Requirements

  • • Native or fluent French and English
  • • Proven outbound prospecting experience in SaaS or B2B tech
  • • Strong cold-calling capability and comfort handling objections
  • • Experience running structured discovery conversations
  • • Resilience, coachability, and a track record of hitting targets
  • • Able to work from the London office Tuesday–Thursday
