- • As a French speaking Voice Office Operations Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for English and French-speaking banking and business customers, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. Your role is vital in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction while supporting TransUnion’s mission to empower individuals and businesses through reliable credit information and risk management solutions.
- • Day to day, you will manage incoming calls and emails, translate and respond to customer communications, review contracts and documents, identify customer needs, build trust-based relationships, provide accurate information using appropriate tools, meet service targets and call handling metrics, resolve complaints with follow-up, maintain detailed records of interactions, adhere to communication policies, and go the extra mile to engage both internal and external stakeholders with thoroughness and integrity.
