  • • As a Front Line Client Experience Representative at Project Expedition, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with tours, activities, and travel experiences, playing a critical role in shaping first impressions and driving customer satisfaction in a fast-growing travel and tourism startup.
  • • You will engage with clients daily through live chat, phone, and email to address inquiries, manage booking modifications, troubleshoot issues in real time, and deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service that exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty.
  • • Your responsibilities include efficiently managing a high-volume helpdesk queue, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely resolution of client requests across multiple communication channels.
  • • You will be expected to proactively identify pain points in the customer journey and contribute actionable ideas for improving processes, tools, and overall client experience, helping the team evolve its support strategies in a dynamic startup environment.
  • • Working within a fully remote U.S.-based team, you will collaborate closely with peers and supervisors through digital platforms, balancing independent initiative with teamwork to maintain consistent service quality across shifting schedules and client demands.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping clients find solutions
  • • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities with strong attention to detail
  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team setting
  • • Availability to work one of the specified shifts: Sun-Thu 8:00AM-5:00PM EST, Sun-Thu 11:00AM-8:00PM EST, Tues-Sat 8:00AM-5:00PM EST, or Tues-Sat 11:00AM-8:00PM EST
