- • As a Front Line Client Experience Representative at Project Expedition, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with tours, activities, and travel-related inquiries, playing a critical role in delivering industry-leading customer support for a fast-growing travel and tourism startup.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications via live chat, phone, and email; addressing questions about destinations and bookings; resolving issues in real-time; processing booking modifications; and maintaining high standards of promptness, professionalism, and friendliness while efficiently managing a helpdesk queue.
- • You will join a remote-first, rapidly expanding team at Project Expedition, a company dedicated to connecting travelers with exceptional global experiences, where collaboration happens through digital channels and innovation is encouraged through proactive suggestions for improving customer experience.
- • In this role, you will develop strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills; gain deep exposure to the travel and tourism industry; and have the opportunity to influence both customer experience processes and your own career growth in a dynamic, evolving environment that values initiative and adaptability.

- • Availability to work either Tues-Sat 11:00AM-8:00PM EST or Tues-Sat 5:00PM-2:00AM EST
