- • The Fulfillment Leader at GE Aerospace leads a team responsible for delivery execution and operational performance across assigned suppliers and commodities, ensuring on-time delivery, past-due reduction, and inventory performance while driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Day to day, the role involves setting team direction, assigning priorities, allocating resources, hiring and developing talent, negotiating with providers, driving escalations and recovery plans, partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Materials, and Planning, and communicating performance and risks to senior leadership.

- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve mastery in supply chain leadership, cross-functional collaboration, operational metric improvement, talent development, and process optimization within a complex manufacturing environment, while contributing to critical business outcomes in a high-impact, remote leadership position.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a High School diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in Supply Chain)
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (ideally Fulfillment)
- • Experience in complex manufacturing supply chain environments, such as Aerospace
- • Experience leading teams, including talent development, performance management, and organizational planning
- • Demonstrated experience managing and improving operational metrics such as on-time delivery, past-due, and inventory
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present performance and risk information to senior leadership
