  • • As a Fulfilment Centre Associate at Deel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of IT equipment to global customers, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable seamless international hiring and operations. Your work will contribute to the reliability of Deel’s end-to-end HR and payroll platform by managing the physical logistics that underpin its technology-driven services.
  • • You will work closely with the wider order operations team to prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision and speed, ensuring that IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, and peripherals reach clients on schedule across international markets.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include picking and packing products according to order specifications, conducting cycle counts and stock-takes to maintain inventory accuracy, and supporting the organisation’s scalability through participation in process improvement projects and operational sprints.
  • • You will engage in hands-on startup operations tasks, including receiving shipments, labelling, quality checks, and preparing equipment for shipment, while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • • There will be opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing the customer experience through better fulfilment practices.
  • • As part of a dynamic, globally distributed team of over 7,000 employees spanning 100+ countries, you will be embedded in a culture that values innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning, where your contributions are recognised as vital to Deel’s rapid scaling.
  • • This role offers a unique chance to grow within a fast-moving SaaS leader, where you can develop operational expertise, gain exposure to global supply chain dynamics, and position yourself for advancement into broader operations, logistics, or team leadership roles as the company expands.
  • • You will gain practical experience in inventory management, order fulfilment workflows, and startup-scale operations — skills that are highly transferable and in demand across logistics, e-commerce, and technology operations sectors.
  • • Working at Deel means being part of a company that has processed over $11.2 billion in payments to workers in nearly 100 currencies and achieved a $17.3 billion valuation in under five years, giving you frontline exposure to one of the most successful global work platforms in history.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics environment.
  • • Motivated, fast learner with a strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute across multiple areas of a startup operation.
  • • Strong interest in learning how to build and scale a growing business, particularly within a technology-driven global operations context.
  • • Experience in IT fulfilment (e.g., handling laptops, peripherals, or tech equipment) is a plus but not required.
  • • Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a startup mindset.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Stock grant opportunities based on role, employment status, and location, offering long-term upside in a high-growth company.
  • • Access to additional perks and benefits tailored to employment status and country, reflecting Deel’s commitment to inclusive total rewards.
  • • Flexibility of remote work options for eligible roles, including optional WeWork access where applicable (note: this role is on-site in London).
  • • Equal opportunity employer commitment with accommodations available for applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
  • • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-powered tools used ethically in hiring and operations, with human oversight and compliance with data protection and AI governance standards.
