Portfolio Manager Lead - P&C Portfolio Management Office

📋 Description

• • As a Portfolio Manager Lead for the P&C Portfolio Management Office at USAA, you will govern CoSA, Line of Business, or USAA-level portfolios, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, standards, controls, and regulations while aligning work efforts with strategic objectives.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and govern moderate to highly complex portfolios, complete governance routines per EPMO policy, adjust work effort inventory, identify and escalate systemic risks, leverage analytics for financial risk management, ensure effective financial and resource management, facilitate KPIs and reporting mechanisms, develop and execute portfolio planning, prioritize work efforts with EIP and PMO, review and resolve risk escalations, communicate portfolio status to executives and stakeholders, establish and manage the portfolio critical path, review portfolio health for improvement opportunities, adhere to EPMO processes and tools, leverage change management routines, drive adoption of changes per USAA’s methodology, and ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
