- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement and role scoping through to candidate placement and post-hire support. This comprehensive approach demands a blend of strategic foresight and meticulous execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, deeply understanding their needs to identify, attract, and assess top-tier talent. - • **Client Partnership & Needs Assessment (15%):** Engage proactively with hiring managers to gain a profound understanding of their staffing requirements, specific role competencies, and desired candidate success profiles. Conduct thorough intake discussions to meticulously clarify expectations, essential skills, and overarching hiring priorities. Leverage your market knowledge to provide strategic insights that inform realistic and effective hiring strategies. Cultivate and maintain trusted, consultative relationships with both internal Pearl Talent stakeholders and external client representatives.
- • **Strategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction (25%):** Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to diverse roles and industries. Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, professional networks, and referral programs. Develop and nurture robust talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring demands. Employ advanced Boolean search techniques and craft personalized outreach messages to effectively engage passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
- • **Candidate Screening & Assessment (25%):** Meticulously review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate basic qualifications and interest. Perform structured, in-depth interviews designed to rigorously assess candidates' experience, technical skills, behavioral competencies, and overall fit for the role and company culture. Evaluate candidates not only for their technical capabilities but also for their potential cultural alignment and long-term potential within the organization. Document all candidate assessments comprehensively and provide clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- • **Interview Coordination & Process Management (15%):** Efficiently coordinate interview schedules, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between candidates and hiring teams across different time zones. Prepare both candidates and interviewers for each stage of the interview process, providing necessary context and guidance. Manage all candidate communications with professionalism and timeliness, ensuring prompt follow-ups and updates. Uphold a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, reflecting positively on Pearl Talent and its clients.
- • **Offer Management & Closing (10%):** Collaborate closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to support the preparation and presentation of competitive job offers. Skillfully manage candidate communications during the offer negotiation and acceptance phase. Facilitate a smooth and efficient handoff process to the onboarding team to ensure a successful placement and integration of the new hire.
- • **Pipeline Management & Reporting (5%):** Maintain the integrity and accuracy of candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Diligently track candidate progress through all stages of the recruitment funnel. Monitor the overall health of talent pipelines and proactively identify any process bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- • **Process Optimization & Quality Assurance (5%):** Continuously seek opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality of hires. Ensure adherence to consistent recruitment standards and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and best practices. Stay abreast of the latest recruitment tools, industry trends, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
