- • Full-Stack Developer role focused on designing and evaluating realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI Lab project, contributing to the creation of high-quality coding scenarios and peer review processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and testing; writing clear natural-language specifications and reference implementations; developing and extending unit and integration test suites; reviewing peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism; identifying edge cases and ambiguities; and ensuring alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.
- • Anyone AI Inc. is recruiting skilled software engineers to support a project with a leading AI Lab, operating as a fully remote, part-time, project-based expert evaluation engagement where consultants control their own schedule and tools.
- • The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in full-stack development, test-driven design, code review, and task authoring while contributing to AI-driven software engineering evaluation systems and producing production-realistic coding artifacts.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced professional written proficiency in English
- • 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
- • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go
- • Backend or full‑stack development experience in production systems
- • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)
- • Proven ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases
