- • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Python/Django for backend services and TypeScript/React for frontend components, delivering end-to-end functionality from API design to user interface implementation.
- • Build and evolve scalable backend systems that handle complex business logic, data storage, and third-party integrations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability in a cloud-native environment.
- • Implement reusable, accessible, and high-performance UI components in React, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric experiences.
- • Contribute to the design and optimization of MySQL database schemas, writing efficient, secure queries and ensuring data integrity and performance across the application.
- • Champion code quality through clean, testable, and reusable code practices; actively participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and elevate team standards.
- • Collaborate with engineering peers on technical architecture decisions, ensuring systems follow scalable patterns and align with long-term platform goals.
- • Investigate and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and system instability issues within the monolithic application to maintain high system reliability and uptime.
- • Leverage AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor daily to accelerate development, generate documentation, and scaffold features efficiently.
- • Work within an agile framework (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipeline (CircleCI) to deliver iterative, high-quality releases with consistent velocity and quality.
- • Operate in a remote-first, cross-functional team environment, communicating effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers to align on priorities and deliver customer-focused solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience building and maintaining full-stack applications with both frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Django) systems
- • Demonstrated proficiency in Python and Django for developing scalable web applications
- • Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript, including component architecture and state management
- • Daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor to enhance development workflows
- • Experience working in agile environments with Scrum or Kanban and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CircleCI)
- • Strong collaborative skills with empathy, accountability, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
