📋 Description
- • As a Full-Stack Engineering Lead at Walter GmbH, you will drive technical excellence and innovation by leading the design and development of AI-powered internal tools and scalable backend systems that empower creators and content-led businesses to transform passion into sustainable success.
- • Day to day, you will design and build AI-powered automations, oversee engineering work, architect scalable systems using Python and Java, contribute to frontend work with React and TypeScript, lead technical documentation and sprint planning, partner with product and design teams, engage in client-facing technical discussions, mentor engineers, and help shape hiring and engineering culture.
- • You will join a multi-disciplinary digital product agency obsessed with helping creators build lasting legacies, where content meets commerce, and where engineering is central to delivering impact at the intersection of creativity and technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI/LLM integration, system architecture, and technical leadership while gaining influence over engineering standards, mentoring talent, and shaping the technical direction of internal tooling and client-facing platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of professional engineering experience
- • Experience with Python and Java, including system architecture and performance optimization
- • Strong knowledge of React, NextJS, and TypeScript
- • Backend experience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud services (AWS, GCP), and distributed systems
- • Experience with service-oriented architecture, API gateway patterns, and inter-service communication (GraphQL, gRPC, or similar)
- • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and lead presentations and technical discussions
