📋 Description

• As a Full-Stack Engineering Lead at The Flex, you will play a pivotal role in scaling both the technology and engineering culture of a company building the operating system for modern renting through its proprietary platform, Base360.ai.
• You will spend the majority of your time hands-on building products, solving technical challenges, and architecting systems while also guiding engineering standards, mentoring team members, and shaping the future of the platform.
• You will join a mission-driven team at The Flex, where the goal is to enable anyone to live anywhere, anytime, without friction, powered by AI and automation to streamline global renting operations.
• In this role, you will learn and achieve significant impact by leading technical decisions that ensure scalability and reliability, driving engineering excellence, deploying AI-powered workflows, and helping Base360.ai become a major competitive advantage through rapid product launches and reduced technical debt.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience designing and scaling production systems
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
• Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to balance speed with engineering quality
