- • Join a dedicated team providing emergency roadside assistance to AAA members during stressful situations, where your empathy and problem-solving skills directly impact customer safety and satisfaction.
- • Respond to high-volume emergency service requests in a remote call center environment, gathering critical details, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely resolution while adhering to performance metrics.
- • Work for The Auto Club Group (ACG), the second-largest AAA club in North America, serving over 14 million members across 14 states and two U.S. territories with a commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and member advocacy.
- • Develop expertise in customer service, geographic problem-solving, and sales opportunities while gaining experience in a structured call center environment with comprehensive training and pathways for performance-based growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Six months of customer service experience, including de-escalation and professional communication
- • Ability to accurately input data, navigate computer systems, and perform basic mathematical calculations
- • Proficiency with telephone etiquette, computer applications (including email, internet, and company software), and geographic tools like Google Maps
- • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100mbps), Ethernet-capable router/modem, and a personal phone for work-related communication
