� Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal automation platforms that power Hostinger’s 900-person, 150-country operation. You will architect, build, and continuously improve self-service tools that eliminate manual work for engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams—directly accelerating the delivery of products used by 4 million global customers.
• • Design and maintain resilient, scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue (or similar modern frameworks). Your backend-heavy mindset ensures rock-solid APIs, efficient data pipelines, and secure database design, while your frontend skills deliver intuitive UIs that non-engineers love to use.
• • Map complex cross-team workflows—think campaign setup, deployment pipelines, release orchestration, or customer onboarding—and translate them into elegant automation. You’ll run discovery sessions with stakeholders, document pain points, and ship solutions that cut hours of manual effort down to minutes or seconds.
• • Lead the evolution of CI/CD and deployment automation across Hostinger’s microservice landscape. You’ll integrate with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native tooling to create golden-path pipelines that any developer can trigger with confidence, complete with real-time dashboards and rollback safeguards.
• • Champion an AI-augmented mindset: evaluate and embed emerging AI/ML services (from prompt-based copilots to predictive analytics) into internal tools. Whether it’s auto-generating configuration files, forecasting cloud costs, or intelligently routing tickets, you’ll experiment, measure, and iterate to raise the bar on productivity.
• • Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, observability, and security for every automation you ship. Implement monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana, log aggregation, alerting, and SLO tracking so teams sleep well at night knowing their workflows are bullet-proof and compliant.
• • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Customer Success to prioritize the automation backlog. You’ll translate business goals into technical roadmaps, run sprint planning, and present demos that celebrate wins and gather feedback for the next iteration.
• • Foster a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing. Create runbooks, API docs, and video walkthroughs that empower colleagues to extend and troubleshoot your systems without bottlenecks. Host internal guilds and brown-bag sessions to spread automation best practices.
• • Continuously refactor and modernize legacy scripts and ad-hoc automations. You’ll audit existing tools, deprecate technical debt, and migrate flows to scalable, maintainable architectures—always balancing speed of delivery with long-term sustainability.
• • Measure what matters: define KPIs such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes, manual task reduction, and user satisfaction. Use data to tell compelling stories about impact and to secure buy-in for ambitious next steps.
