📋 Description

• The Licensed Therapist role at Equip Health Inc. is seeking a fully licensed therapist to deliver evidence-based, based remotely in a virtual eating disorder treatment program that provides care to patients across all 50 states through a multidisciplinary team approach.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include providing evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as FBT and CBT-E, managing a caseload of 30-40 patients, collaborating with physicians, dietitians, and mentors, maintaining documentation in the EMR, and participating in supervision and team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Massachusetts.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds, cultures, and varying acuity levels.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in patient time zone) and meet weekly availability requirements for direct patient care and meetings.
• Enthusiastic, strong team player with passion for evidence-based care and mental health treatment.
• Experience in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and/or eating disorder treatment (preferred but not required).
• Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma (preferred but not required).
