- • As a New Business Account Executive in Gartner’s GBS HR Practice, you will drive new client acquisition by building trust-based relationships with C-level executives in Large Enterprise organizations, uncovering their mission-critical priorities, and delivering tailored insights and solutions that create long-term value.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and engage new-to-Gartner organizations, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, forecast and plan accounts monthly/quarterly/annually, and transition won clients to account management while maintaining a high-quality pipeline to meet KPIs and quota.
- • You will join a results-driven, client-committed, and highly collaborative sales team within Gartner’s Global Business Services (GBS) division, focused on expanding presence in the global market through strategic, value-led selling to enterprises with $1B+ in annual revenue.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in complex B2B sales, executive-level engagement, and solution-based selling, with clear pathways for career progression into senior sales, account management, or sales leadership roles through Gartner’s promote-from-within culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments
- • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- • Experience selling to and influencing C-Level Executives
- • Bachelor’s degree desired
- • Willingness to conduct travel as needed
- • Ability to precisely manage and forecast complex sales processes
