📋 Description
- • As a Functional Consultant & Project Manager at BLP Digital, you will lead end-to-end implementations of AI-powered ERP automation solutions, directly impacting how global enterprises optimize finance, procurement, logistics, and sales processes. Your role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring customers achieve measurable automation gains and ROI from day one.
- • You will own the full implementation lifecycle — from gathering client requirements and designing scalable, tailored solutions to coordinating with engineering teams for seamless integration, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving post-launch adoption and continuous improvement. Daily activities include workshops with clients, process mapping, solution configuration, cross-functional alignment, and translating feedback into product enhancements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- • Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to native-speaking clients.
