- • Oversee and advance deals through every stage of the funding funnel, collaborating cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks and meet daily funding and conversion targets with speed and precision.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for ISO sales representatives and decision-makers, facilitating communication to secure and close funding opportunities.
- • Proactively reach out to ISO partners to negotiate exceptions to deal terms and win deals that fall outside standard parameters.
- • Deliver exceptional customer service to ISO partners by resolving issues promptly, building trust, and maintaining a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
- • Collaborate closely with the underwriting team to drive profitable funding volume and ensure alignment between sales pipeline and risk criteria.
- • Manage the flow of deal requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed in a timely manner to keep the sales pipeline moving.
- • Identify and solve process inefficiencies by partnering with internal teams to develop and implement improvements that enhance deal velocity and operational effectiveness.
- • Respond with urgency to all internal and external requests, maintaining high standards of responsiveness across calls, emails, texts, and chat platforms.
- • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications daily, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet strict time-based performance metrics.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Forward Financing’s funding products, processes, and competitive differentiators—transparency, speed, reputation, and people-focused service—to confidently represent the company to partners.
- • Track and manage multiple deals simultaneously, organizing priorities to ensure no opportunity is lost due to delay or miscommunication.
- • Act as a bridge between sales, underwriting, and operations, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment across departments to support seamless funding execution.
- • Uphold company values of integrity, kindness, and mission-driven action by consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and accountability in every interaction.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights from the field to refine workflows, messaging, and partner engagement strategies.
- • Work independently in a remote-first environment while staying connected to team goals, performance targets, and company initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 2+ years of experience in sales, deal desk, or a related role
- • Experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, texts, chats) in a fast-paced sales environment
- • Experience being held to task volume and response time metrics
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Proactive attitude with strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
