- • Own the end-to-end optimization of the mobile acquisition funnel within the Home'Bank app, from install to activation, to drive higher conversion rates and customer activation.
- • Analyze funnel performance metrics including CVR, activation rate, and step-by-step drop-offs to identify friction points and conversion gaps.
- • Design, execute, and measure A/B tests and experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses and improve user journey effectiveness.
- • Translate data insights into clear, actionable improvements for in-app onboarding flows, screens, and interactions to enhance clarity, simplicity, and trust.
- • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, UX/UI designers, and digital marketers to align funnel optimizations with technical capabilities and campaign strategies.
- • Build and maintain dashboards for funnel performance tracking, ensuring accurate event tracking and measurement within the mobile app.
- • Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact on growth KPIs.
- • Contribute to a continuous test → learn → scale culture by iterating on experiments and scaling successful optimizations across the acquisition journey.
- • Identify and resolve the top 5 qualitative pain points reported by customers in the onboarding flow to improve user satisfaction and retention.
- • Ensure seamless transition between acquisition, activation, and engagement stages by aligning product experience with marketing traffic quality and user expectations.
- • Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rate, activation rate, and engagement metrics to track progress toward the goal of a 10 percentage point increase in onboarding CVR within 6–12 months.
- • Work within a cross-functional ecosystem integrating Mobile, Digital Marketing, Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and Data & Analytics teams to drive cohesive growth initiatives.
- • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe, Amplitude, MMP) to extract insights and support experimentation frameworks.
- • Maintain strong alignment between business objectives and technical implementation, bridging gaps between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
- • Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in all funnel optimization activities, including exploring AI-driven capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in funnel optimization, CRO, digital acquisition, or product analytics
- • Strong understanding of mobile app journeys and user behavior
- • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- • Strong ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
- • Good understanding of app environments, tracking, and implementation logic
- • Strong stakeholder management and clear, structured communication skills
