- • The Galleri Mobile Draw Experience Specialist is responsible for end-to-end onsite event management to support the deployment of GRAIL’s Galleri multi-cancer early detection test across partner networks, ensuring seamless execution of blood draw events for eligible participants.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing onsite operations, overseeing direct and indirect team members, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success and compliance.
- • GRAIL is a mission-driven healthcare company pioneering early cancer detection through next-generation sequencing, large-scale clinical studies, and advanced data science, with headquarters in the Bay Area and operations across the U.S. and U.K.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare operations, event management, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing directly to a life-saving mission that improves cancer outcomes through early detection.

- • Experience in event coordination, field operations, or onsite logistics management
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage direct and indirect team members

- • Willingness to travel extensively within the East Coast and Central Region territories
