📋 Description

• • As a Game 3D Outsource Manager at Nexar Ltd., you will serve as the critical link between internal development teams and external art partners, ensuring that all outsourced 3D assets meet the company’s high artistic, technical, and scheduling standards for Nex Playground’s award-winning motion-based gaming experiences. Your role directly contributes to delivering safe, inclusive, and joyful interactive play for families worldwide by maintaining visual consistency and performance quality across a growing library of 50+ experiences developed in collaboration with industry leaders like Hasbro, Sesame Workshop, and NBCUniversal.
• • You will source, onboard, and manage external 3D artists and outsourcing studios, creating detailed asset briefs, visual references, and technical guidelines that align with Nex’s stylized art direction and Unity-based real-time rendering requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing work-in-progress and final assets, providing actionable feedback, validating asset implementation in Unity (including prefabs, materials, LODs, and scene setup), tracking milestones across time zones, coordinating revisions with the Art Director and internal team, and ensuring all deliverables meet performance, style, and engine constraints.
