- • As a Game Producer in R&D at Joyteractive LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our puzzle and casual mobile games, directly contributing to the success of titles like Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle, which ranks #1 in its niche and top 10 in US puzzle games.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising a product development area, conducting market research, analyzing product metrics, formulating and testing product hypotheses, and developing and executing a product roadmap in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- • You will join a dynamic team of 50+ professionals at a leading mobile game developer and publisher specializing in puzzle games, where innovation, data-driven decisions, and creative execution are central to our mission of dominating the puzzle gaming space.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mobile game production, sharpen your analytical and strategic planning skills, gain hands-on experience in hypothesis-driven product development, and grow as a leader in live-ops and product strategy within a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Solid and successful experience in mobile gamedev as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer/Product Manager
- • Solid knowledge of mobile games trends and features
- • High analytical skills
- • Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills
- • Ability to analyze the market
- • Knowledge of monetization trends
- • English and Russian languages
