📋 Description
- • The General Clerk Representative supports the Clinical team by performing administrative duties and making outbound calls to patients and medical offices for designated programs at Accredo, a specialty pharmacy division of The Cigna Group.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to patients scheduled for clinical assessments and transferring them to clinical nurses, contacting medical offices for data collection, faxing documents to designated recipients, scanning documents into patient profiles or drives, and adhering to quality, production, and compliance standards.
- • The role is part of Evernorth Health Services, which focuses on pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions to improve health outcomes and increase accessibility to care for millions of people.
- • In this role, the individual can develop skills in healthcare administration, patient coordination, medical documentation, and compliance while contributing to patient care initiatives within a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED
- • 1 year of experience in customer service
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- • Specialty pharmacy or call center experience preferred
- • Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet with minimum 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload for remote work
