- • As an Inside HCP Sales Evaluator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our AI-driven sales interactions targeted at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This contractor position involves meticulously listening to and engaging with AI-led sales calls, providing expert assessments on communication efficacy, objection handling, and adherence to commercial and compliance standards. Your insights will be instrumental in refining our sales strategies and ensuring our AI agents represent Hippocratic AI with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.
- • This role is ideally suited for individuals with direct, hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or inside virtual sales, specifically those who possess a deep understanding of what constitutes effective sales engagement with HCPs. You will be empowered to make informed judgment calls regarding sales quality, message delivery, and overall professionalism, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of our AI sales agents.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive review of HCP-facing Voice AI sales calls. This includes evaluating various stages of the sales cycle, such as initial prospecting efforts, the detailing of products or services, the adeptness in handling objections raised by HCPs, and the effectiveness of follow-up communications. You will be tasked with assessing the clarity of the sales message, the overall professionalism demonstrated by the AI agent, and its compliance with all relevant regulatory and commercial guidelines.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to identify instances of weak or unclear messaging, ineffective objection handling, or any sales tactics that deviate from expected professional and ethical standards. Your ability to pinpoint these areas for improvement will directly inform our training and development programs for the AI.
- • You will utilize predefined rubrics and evaluation criteria to score each call systematically. This scoring will be accompanied by clear, concise, and actionable feedback, designed to guide the AI agents towards optimal performance. This structured feedback loop is essential for our iterative development process and for maintaining the high standards Hippocratic AI upholds.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for flagging any potential performance issues or compliance risks that are identified during your evaluations.
