- • As a General Ledger Specialist at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across global entities, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable seamless international hiring and payroll through its AI-powered Global Work Platform™.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing monthly reconciliations for income statement and balance sheet accounts, managing journal entries and fixed assets, maintaining finance trackers, performing intercompany and bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes while collaborating with internal finance partners across time zones.
- • You will join Pebl’s growing Global India Finance Team based in Bengaluru, India (hybrid), reporting to the GL Manager, and contribute to a culture of accountability, compliance, and operational excellence that empowers businesses to scale globally with confidence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global accounting standards, gain hands-on experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Suite, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and develop proficiency in financial close processes and process improvement initiatives—positioning you for growth within Pebl’s finance organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Graduated in Accounting/Finance or equivalent working experience
- • Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in a general accounting role
- • Technology-literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and NetSuite
- • Ability to work with a global team across different time zones
- • Strong ownership mindset and accountability in team-based environments
