- • The General Manager - Agent Process Engineering will lead Dataiku’s effort to operationalize Enterprise Reasoning for the world’s largest enterprises, building and scaling a high-performing international team to help Fortune 500 companies redesign key business processes through governed agentic AI.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading high-impact engagements that connect analytics, predictive models, and AI agents into trusted reasoning systems; developing and standardizing Enterprise Reasoning Playbooks for mission-critical processes like planning, supply chain, and compliance; shaping the product roadmap with Product leadership; collaborating with Sales and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy; and representing Dataiku externally to C-suite executives, partners, and analysts.
- • Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, an enterprise orchestration layer that unites data infrastructure, business processes, and human expertise to enable organizations to run AI across multi-vendor environments with centralized governance. The company empowers global enterprises to industrialize AI, transforming it from experimentation into a core driver of business performance, productivity, and resilience.
- • In this role, the individual will define the go-to-market and delivery model for Enterprise Reasoning, translate vision into measurable business outcomes, collaborate with the CEO and executive team to prioritize markets and allocate resources, and drive both technological and organizational adoption to ensure customers achieve operational transformation and ROI. They will build a legacy in shaping the emerging category of governed agentic AI at global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, AI/ML strategy, or digital operations within leading technology, consulting, or platform organizations.
- • Proven ability to build and scale new businesses or practices, ideally combining technical fluency in AI with commercial and operational leadership.
- • Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs for Global 2000 enterprises, from strategy to IT and AI systems rollout and process re-engineering.
- • Strong understanding of AI governance, orchestration architectures, and data-driven decision systems.
- • Experience operating across multiple geographies and cultures, with the ability to build global teams and influence at board level.
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline of a P&L leader: capable of balancing innovation with execution, and strategy with delivery.
