- • As General Manager, Entertainment at Apply Digital Corporation, you will serve as a CEO-reporting executive with full accountability for revenue performance in the Entertainment vertical globally, spanning media, streaming, gaming, live entertainment, sports, and adjacent sectors.
- • You will own the global revenue number, shape go-to-market strategy, and serve as Apply Digital's most visible voice in the Entertainment space, bringing an advanced, practitioner-level perspective on the impact of AI and guiding clients and internal teams on how autonomous, agentic customer experiences are reshaping Entertainment.
- • You will work in close partnership with regional Managing Directors (NA, EMEA and LatAm) who own local market execution, providing strategic direction, deal support, and arena-level coordination.
- • Apply Digital is a global agentic customer experience partner, client-obsessed and built for a new era of client services, bringing together consumer and entertainment industry expertise and elite talent to connect strategy, agentic experiences, technology, and data for the world's most ambitious organizations, working with clients like Arc'teryx, NFL, NBA, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz.
- • The role is hybrid/remote friendly, with the preferred candidate based in North America and able to collaborate across ET, PT, and GMT time zones.
- • You will drive the next phase of growth by combining commercial leadership and market authority in a rare executive role that demands deep industry leadership and strategic vision.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent executive role with full P&L responsibility in the Entertainment, media, streaming, gaming, or live events industry.
- • Demonstrated success in driving global revenue growth and shaping go-to-market strategy for complex, multi-region technology or professional services organizations.
- • Deep expertise in AI and agentic customer experiences, with the ability to guide clients and internal teams on how autonomous technologies are transforming Entertainment.
- • Strong track record of partnering with regional leaders (e.g., Managing Directors) to provide strategic direction, deal support, and cross-market coordination.
- • Ability to operate effectively across ET, PT, and GMT time zones, with a preference for candidates based in North America.
