- • You will build Dandy Italy from the ground up, shaping its operational foundation, market strategy, and team culture while reporting directly to global leadership and serving as the primary ambassador for the brand in Italy.
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy tailored to Italy’s unique dental industry landscape, including regulatory requirements, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, ensuring alignment with Dandy’s global vision while adapting to local realities.
- • Establish and grow the initial customer base by identifying target segments, designing localized sales approaches, and cultivating relationships with dental practices, clinics, and key opinion leaders across the region.
- • Own the Italy business plan end-to-end, including setting realistic revenue targets, managing operational budgets, defining and tracking KPIs, and adjusting tactics based on performance data to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
- • Design and implement localized marketing and sales strategies that resonate with Italian dental professionals, leveraging cultural insights, language-specific messaging, and regionally relevant channels to drive awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Dandy Italy and external stakeholders, including Italian government regulators, dental associations, industry networks, and potential partners, ensuring compliance and fostering strategic alliances that support market penetration.

- • Work with global leadership to translate Italy’s market performance, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities into actionable insights that inform Dandy’s broader international expansion strategy.
- • Build and lead a high-performing, culturally attuned team over time, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer obsession that reflects Dandy’s values while embracing Italian workplace norms and expectations.
- • Develop deep expertise in Dandy’s end-to-end operations—from technology platform and clinical workflows to billing, support, and supply chain—enabling you to make informed decisions that optimize both customer experience and operational efficiency.
- • Grow as a strategic leader by navigating ambiguity, making data-informed decisions under pressure, and balancing short-term execution with long-term vision in a high-growth, venture-backed environment.
🎯 Requirements

- • Deep understanding of the Italian business environment, including market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and cultural nuances affecting healthcare and technology adoption
- • Strong network of business contacts in Italy, particularly within the dental, healthcare, or technology sectors, enabling faster market entry and partnership development
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously, thrive in ambiguous environments, and make sound decisions with limited oversight
- • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English required to engage local stakeholders and global teams effectively
