- • As the Country Manager for Mexico, you will lead the establishment and growth of Dandy’s new entity in Mexico, building the operation from the ground up to support the company’s global mission of transforming the $200B dental industry through technology. This role is critical to Dandy’s international expansion, requiring you to deliver localized market analysis, set up operations, and develop a business strategy that ensures successful market entry and sustainable growth in one of Latin America’s most dynamic economies.
- • You will build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy Mexico, including developing and maintaining an initial customer base, creating and implementing localized marketing and sales strategies, and establishing key business relationships with partners, clients, stakeholders, government officials, and industry associations. You will also develop and manage the Mexican business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs, while reporting on market performance and opportunities to global leadership. Ensuring compliance with all Mexican federal and provincial regulations—in partnership with Legal—will be a core responsibility, alongside handling ad hoc tasks as needed to stand up the entity.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of progressive management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously, resilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and change
- • Professional fluency in Spanish and English required, with deep understanding of the Mexican business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
- • Experience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management, with outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset with high accountability
- • Understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-end
