- • As the General Manager for RapidSeedbox, a dynamic B2C SaaS company specializing in remote file management solutions, you will be the pivotal force driving both strategic growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role designed for an individual who thrives in a lean, fast-paced startup environment and possesses a proven track record of scaling small B2C SaaS businesses. Your primary mandate will be to act as the CEO's right-hand person, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to revenue generation and growth initiatives, and the other 50% to overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company.
- • In the realm of Revenue, Marketing & Growth, you will be instrumental in owning and executing the comprehensive customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy for our B2C platform. This involves spearheading a diverse range of marketing initiatives, encompassing paid advertising, organic search optimization, content marketing strategies, and cultivating strategic partnerships to unlock new growth channels. A key focus will be on meticulously managing the subscription funnels, implementing robust conversion rate optimization techniques, developing effective churn reduction strategies, and driving improvements in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and nurturing emerging B2B opportunities, developing them into a significant secondary revenue stream for the company. A critical aspect of this function will be the rigorous tracking and reporting of key SaaS metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), churn rates, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
- • On the Operations & Team Leadership front, you will be responsible for the seamless oversight of daily operations across our distributed team of 18 professionals, predominantly engineers and developers. This includes fostering strong communication channels with technical staff, actively participating in daily stand-up meetings, contributing to the review of product roadmaps, and ensuring that engineering priorities are tightly aligned with overarching business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing and prioritizing product development efforts in close collaboration with the technical team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of new features and improvements. As the company scales, you will actively support hiring efforts and contribute to the strategic growth of the team. A significant part of your role will involve implementing and maintaining efficient operational processes that are well-suited for a small, agile company, ensuring agility and responsiveness. Regular, transparent reporting to the CEO on performance, emerging challenges, and new opportunities will be a cornerstone of this function.
- • The ideal candidate profile embodies a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, operational acumen, and a deep understanding of B2C SaaS growth dynamics. You should possess direct experience in a General Manager, Head of Growth, COO, or equivalent leadership capacity within a small B2C SaaS company, ideally with fewer than 50 employees. Proven, hands-on experience in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for a consumer SaaS or subscription-based product is essential. This is not a role for a pure delegator; you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing tasks directly. Experience working collaboratively with engineers and developers, including overseeing product development cycles, is highly valued. A startup or small company mentality, characterized by nimbleness, resourcefulness, and a willingness to wear multiple hats, is crucial. Experience managing remote teams across different time zones will be a significant advantage.
- • Preferred qualifications include experience within cloud storage, hosting, VPN, file management, or similar infrastructure-adjacent B2C SaaS sectors. Familiarity with subscription metrics and SaaS unit economics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) is highly desirable. Being marketing-savvy, with a history of owning or significantly influencing growth and acquisition channels, will set candidates apart. Experience working in or with Eastern European markets is a plus. Sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineers, even without a development background, is important. We are specifically looking for individuals who are not a fit for enterprise-only backgrounds, those whose primary experience is B2B enterprise sales at large corporations, leaders who primarily delegate, or candidates expecting extensive corporate infrastructure and legacy processes.
