📋 Description

• As the founding General Manager for South Korea, you will lead the launch and establishment of Fresha’s operations from scratch in a new market, turning strategic ambition into commercial reality.
• Your day-to-day will involve direct sales execution, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with local beauty and wellness businesses, while simultaneously shaping market strategy, building operational foundations, and defining success metrics for the region.
• You will join a fast-growing, globally scaled company headquartered in London with 15 offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC, backed by a proven platform used by 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals worldwide, processing over 1 billion appointments.
• This role offers the unique opportunity to build something meaningful from zero to one, gaining deep experience in international market entry, go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, and scaling operations — all with the support and resources of a global tech leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, tech, or marketplace platforms
• Experience launching or scaling a business in a new market, with comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken, to engage local stakeholders and global teams
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Established network or ability to rapidly build relationships in the Korean beauty, wellness, or self-care industry
