- • As a Regional General Manager at AirGarage, you will oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of dozens of parking facilities in the Western United States, with direct responsibility for improving the region’s P&L through revenue growth, cost control, and partner retention.
- • Your daily responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational performance, implementing pricing and marketing strategies, managing vendor and enforcement operations, leading partner onboarding, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to drive business outcomes.
- • You will manage a Partner Success Manager and an Operations Manager, serve as a key liaison with owner-partners, and contribute to the long-term operations strategy in partnership with the VP of Operations.
- • This role offers significant ownership and visibility, allowing you to develop deep expertise in real estate operations, data-driven decision-making, and scalable process design while helping shape the future of parking infrastructure in urban centers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years at a high-growth startup
- • Background in real-world operations, management consulting, investment banking, or commercial real estate preferred
- • MBA from a top U.S. program preferred
- • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and deliver results under pressure
- • Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and experience learning platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, or Sigma
- • Excellent communication, business judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset suited to ambiguity
