• • The White Label (WL) business unit has emerged as Deel's most strategically vital and rapidly expanding segment, already encompassing our highest-spending clientele and projected to become a multi-billion dollar revenue stream. Currently, White Label supports over 64 distinct product teams. We are actively seeking a visionary and operationally adept General Manager to spearhead the development and scaling of Deel’s White Label business, transforming it into a formidable standalone SaaS platform. This pivotal role carries full P&L responsibility for the White Label division. The General Manager will be instrumental in defining and executing the overarching strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and harnessing the immense potential of this business segment. Reporting directly to the COO/CEO, this leader will manage a dedicated cross-functional team, with additional indirect reporting lines across the broader organization, ensuring cohesive strategic execution and operational synergy.
• • The core responsibilities of this General Manager role involve owning and scaling the White Label business comprehensively, from its strategic inception through to its day-to-day operational cadence. This includes meticulous P&L management, the development and implementation of robust growth strategies, and the establishment of an effective operating rhythm. A key objective is to cultivate a thriving SaaS business by cultivating and serving a portfolio of ISV (Independent Software Vendor) customers who will leverage Deel’s solutions to serve their entire client bases. The General Manager will be responsible for articulating a clear vision and strategic roadmap for White Label, ensuring seamless alignment among product, engineering, sales, operations, and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
• • A critical aspect of the role is driving internal alignment across more than 60 product teams, ensuring that White Label receives consistent prioritization and integration across the entire company. This involves close partnership with Product and Engineering departments to conceptualize and develop API-first, plug-and-play solutions engineered to minimize onboarding friction and reduce manual operational efforts for our partners. The General Manager will be expected to engage in hands-on execution, delving into operational details as necessary to overcome obstacles, validate proposed solutions, and accelerate the achievement of key business outcomes. Data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs will be paramount in guiding strategic decision-making, prioritizing investments, and continuously refining the product offering to meet evolving market demands. Furthermore, the General Manager will serve as the primary internal and external advocate and thought leader for the White Label business, articulating its value proposition, exploring ISV partnership opportunities, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and identifying emerging market opportunities. Ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high delivery quality, and establishing scalable processes are fundamental to supporting the rapid growth trajectory of this business unit.
