- • This General Opportunity role is designed for mission-driven individuals passionate about using AI to improve safety, operations, and risk management, with the potential to join teams across Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Product, or Operations as future openings align with your background and interests.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities may include partnering with customers to translate AI-driven insights into actionable safety and operational improvements, analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for impact, and building or scaling systems, products, or processes that drive real-world outcomes in industrial or warehouse environments.
- • You may also support customer onboarding, implementation, and long-term success, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, and contribute to internal playbooks, tools, and best practices as the company scales.

- • Passion for improving safety, operations, or risk through technology and a strong desire to solve complex, real-world problems using AI and data-driven approaches.
- • Experience or interest in engineering, data, product, sales, customer success, safety/EHS, or operations, with the ability to adapt and contribute across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Comfort working in a collaborative, high-growth setting where taking ownership, demonstrating initiative, and delivering measurable impact are expected and rewarded.
