- • As a German speaking High-Velocity Account Executive at Leapsome, you will own the full sales cycle for small and growing companies (10–49 employees), driving impact by helping them unlock the power of their people through Leapsome’s AI-powered HR platform.
- • Day to day, you will qualify leads, run compelling demos, negotiate and close deals within a ~30-day sales cycle, manage a high volume of opportunities through a semi-automated process, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with RevOps to improve sales efficiency and win rates.
- • Leapsome is a purpose-driven, fast-growing scale-up revolutionizing HR for modern teams, trusted by thousands globally and backed by $60M in Series A funding, with a mission to make work fulfilling for everyone by enabling high-performing teams through intelligent people processes.
- • In this role, you will develop deep product and industry expertise, contribute to cross-functional projects like OKR initiatives, and grow as a consultative, value-driven seller while aligning with Leapsome’s values of impact, speed, ownership without ego, and candid kindness.
