German speaking High-Velocity Account Executive (d/f/m)

📋 Description

• • As a German speaking High-Velocity Account Executive at Leapsome, you will own the full sales cycle for small and growing companies (10–49 employees), driving impact by helping them unlock the power of their people through Leapsome’s AI-powered HR platform.
• • Day to day, you will qualify leads, run compelling demos, negotiate and close deals within a ~30-day sales cycle, manage a high volume of opportunities through a semi-automated process, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with RevOps to improve sales efficiency and win rates.
