  • • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Fivetran, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity.
  • • You will operate in a high-impact, remote-based role from Quebec, Canada, collaborating across global teams to accelerate Fivetran’s footprint in the enterprise data integration market through strategic, value-led sales engagements.
  • • Day to day, you will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to generate pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
  • • You will lead in-depth discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to uncover complex data challenges, align Fivetran’s capabilities with business outcomes, and position solutions that drive long-term customer value.
  • • You will speak confidently about Fivetran’s vision and product value to diverse audiences, ranging from C-level executives to technical individual contributors, tailoring your message for maximum impact.
  • • You will identify, pursue, and close new logo deals with target enterprise accounts, then develop expansion strategies through new use cases, cross-sells, and upsells to increase customer lifetime value.
  • • You will build and nurture strategic relationships with technology and channel partners to uncover joint opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and expand market reach.
  • • You will maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide transparent visibility into pipeline health by actively managing opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle using CRM and forecasting tools.
  • • You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating resilience, organization, and strategic thinking while managing multiple complex deals simultaneously.
  • • You will continuously develop expertise in the modern data stack, including ETL, data warehousing, and BI technologies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in enterprise data integration.
  • • You will contribute to Fivetran’s culture of inclusion and innovation by bringing your bilingual (French/English) perspective and global mindset to a diverse, high-performing sales team.
  • • Over time, you will master enterprise sales methodologies, deepen your industry knowledge, and achieve top-tier performance, opening pathways for career advancement into senior sales leadership or specialized enterprise roles within Fivetran’s global go-to-market organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in large enterprise software sales with a proven track record of navigating complex organizations and driving revenue growth.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with professional-level English required for customer interactions, proposal writing, and internal collaboration.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, value-driven sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, solution-based selling, and effective presentation and listening skills.
  • • In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry, including key players, trends, and enterprise data integration challenges.
  • • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, opportunities, and details without dropping any balls.
  • • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset: resilient, creative, and resourceful in overcoming obstacles and proactively seeking solutions.
