📋 Description
- • The Associate Program Manager, Patient Services is responsible for fostering a professional, service-oriented work environment by monitoring performance, motivating, and developing case worker team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing case worker duties as needed (handling inbound/outbound program-related calls), conducting clinical service audits for pharmacies to monitor KPIs and ensure compliance, acting as the primary escalation point for pharmacy billing inquiries, overseeing program reporting and analysis, coordinating pharmacy technical support activities, supervising staff scheduling and resource allocation based on forecasted demand, and providing regular feedback to management on quality, operational, technical, and process-related issues.
- • The role operates within IQVIA’s Patient Services team, supporting pharmaceutical clients through patient support programs, reimbursement navigation, and clinical service delivery, with a focus on maintaining high-quality patient-focused service culture and operational efficiency.
- • The person in this role can develop leadership and supervisory skills, gain deep expertise in patient support programs and healthcare reimbursement processes, enhance analytical and workforce planning capabilities, and grow professionally through coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
