📋 Description

• As a Ghostbuster at Deel, you will serve as a high-impact individual contributor reporting directly to the COO, operating at the center of the business to tackle critical operational challenges and drive strategic initiatives that scale the company globally.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with the COO on high-priority initiatives, driving execution of global expansion across operations and new markets, owning end-to-end delivery of critical projects, breaking complex problems into actionable workstreams, generating data-driven insights from large datasets, conducting market and competitive analysis, designing scalable operational processes, supporting strategic planning and performance management, building internal tools and workflows to increase operational leverage, and navigating open-ended problems with speed, structure, and strong judgment.
• Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, serving as the fastest-growing SaaS company in history with a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B in ARR in just over five years. 🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in product, operations, revenue ops, or consulting
• 2 - 4 years of previous experience in a fast-growth startup
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
• Proficiency in data analysis and workflow automation
• Strong track record of achievement, including delivering quantifiable business impact, quickly assuming responsibilities, or winning competitive awards
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
