- • As a Global Account Manager within Awin Group AG, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns for some of our most significant global retail clients. This pivotal role leverages the power of the award-winning Awin network to drive success for these demanding yet exceptionally interesting affiliate programs. You will be an integral part of a dynamic global team, contributing to both your immediate office location and the broader international client services division that spans across all Awin territories.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to managing a portfolio of global retail clients, where you will act as the primary point of contact for strategic coordination and alignment. This involves ensuring a consistent and effective account management approach across all territories where the client operates within the Awin network. You will be instrumental in demonstrating the tangible benefits of partnering with a unified global affiliate network.

You will be responsible for leading the global affiliate strategy, ensuring seamless execution and a high level of service delivery across diverse markets.

This includes building and nurturing close partnerships with key global affiliates, ensuring that service standards are consistently replicated and aligned in each territory where the client is active within Awin.
- • You will coordinate and collaborate closely with Awin Account Managers worldwide to execute a globally aligned strategy, maintaining a consistently high standard of service across all markets. This collaborative approach ensures that clients receive a cohesive and impactful affiliate marketing program, regardless of their geographical reach.
- • The role demands a proactive approach to issue resolution, identifying potential challenges within assigned accounts and escalating them to the appropriate team level when necessary. You will also be responsible for training clients on the operation of affiliate programs, preparing them for launch and providing ongoing support.
- • You will independently produce all necessary account management documentation and reporting, delivering regular and bespoke reports that provide insightful analysis on program performance. This includes tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- • To ensure the continued success of our clients, you will actively manage and optimize assigned accounts to meet and exceed their specific needs. This involves implementing and advising on affiliate marketing concepts tailored to enhance account performance and drive desired outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Approximately 2 years of account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role, with a strong understanding of the affiliate marketing industry.
- • Proven ability to manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, demonstrating a strategic approach to client growth and retention.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in English.
- • Experience in building and maintaining strong client and affiliate relationships, coupled with effective issue resolution and escalation capabilities.
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivate, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
