- • Drive strategic growth with world‑recognized Commercial Equipment OEMs, focusing on mission‑critical sensor‑rich solutions that support a safer, cleaner, more efficient, and electrified world.
- • Own global growth with TRATON SE, a major German commercial vehicle manufacturer and subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, managing relationships with iconic brands such as Scania, MAN, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus.
- • Lead the direct sales process, achieve sales targets, conduct client visits, perform routine account management, and submit short- and long-range sales plans using available marketing programs.
- • Ensure clients receive high-quality customer service while collaborating across engineering, product, and regional sales teams to deliver customer value in a matrix organization.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, global environment as part of one of Sensata’s fastest‑growing businesses, translating customer strategies into long‑term growth opportunities amid electrification, automation, and sustainability trends.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree (Bachelors) or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Proven success in global account management, sales, or business development
- • Experience working with large OEM customers and their supplier ecosystem
- • Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal/collaboration abilities
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- • Strong organization, planning, time management, and ethical integrity
