- • Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets for global commercial equipment OEMs, with a focus on TRATON SE and its brands (Scania, MAN, International, Volkswagen Truck & Bus)
- • Responsible for visits to current and potential clients, leading routine account management activities, and submitting short and long-range sales plans using available marketing programs
- • Ensures clients receive high-quality customer service while driving strategic growth in sensor-rich solutions for a safer, cleaner, more efficient, and electrified world
- • Builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across OEMs and Tier suppliers, partners with engineering, product, and regional sales teams to deliver customer value, and identifies and wins new business involving complex sensor-based solutions
- • Operates in a fast-paced, matrix organization requiring strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills to handle multiple competing tasks and achieve results
- • Contributes to Sensata’s mission of innovation in electrification, automation, and sustainability, backed by market-leading technology and continued investment in R&D
- • Represents Sensata in a global, remote-based role based in Germany, supporting one of the company’s fastest-growing businesses
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree (Bachelors) or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Proven success in global account management, sales, or business development
- • Experience working with large OEM customers and their supplier ecosystem
- • Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal/collaboration abilities across all organizational levels
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- • Ability to travel and operate strategically while executing hands-on in a matrix environment
