- • The Global Agency Lead role at Deliveroo Ads is responsible for driving advertising revenue by building and managing relationships with key media agencies in London and across EMEA markets, unlocking budgets from France, Italy, and the UAE to support regional and global brand campaigns.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and growing relationships with London-based media agency planners, buyers, and leadership; building connections with local agency teams in France and Italy; supporting cross-market brand deals when agencies are involved; traveling within EMEA as needed; pitching to agency teams handling CPG and non-endemic advertisers; managing pipeline, forecasting, and reporting; collaborating with internal sales, marketing, operations, and product teams; negotiating deals and contracts; tracking market trends and competitor activity; and contributing to the Ads commercial strategy.
- • Deliveroo Ads connects leading CPG and non-endemic consumer brands with Deliveroo’s customers through retail media solutions, offering both on-platform and off-platform opportunities including social, CRM, product sampling, and data-driven campaigns to deliver unique advertising value.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in EMEA media landscapes, strengthen international agency networks, drive measurable revenue growth across multiple markets, and gain strategic influence in shaping Deliveroo’s advertising commercial strategy while working with global agency groups and blue-chip brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years experience in media agency sales
- • Strong relationships with UK media agencies and experience working with international agency teams
- • Proven track record of delivering revenue across multiple markets
- • Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- • Strong understanding of international advertising markets
- • Experience selling multi-market or regional advertising campaigns
- • Knowledge of EMEA media landscapes
- • Experience working with CPG, Home Ents, Payments, Travel advertisers
- • Experience working with global agency groups (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG)
