  • • Lead the development and execution of global alliance strategies with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across EMEA to drive market expansion and revenue growth for Pigment’s AI-powered business planning platform.
  • • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier GSIs including Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and other leading consultancies to co-sell, co-develop, and co-market Pigment solutions to enterprise clients.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for GSI leadership, fostering strong relationships at executive, technical, and sales levels to ensure alignment on joint go-to-market objectives.
  • • Collaborate with Pigment’s sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop joint value propositions, enablement materials, and training programs tailored to GSI partners.
  • • Define and track key performance indicators for GSI partnerships, including pipeline generation, deal velocity, revenue contribution, and customer adoption metrics.
  • • Identify and onboard new GSI partners in underserved EMEA markets, expanding Pigment’s ecosystem reach and ensuring geographic coverage aligns with corporate growth targets.
  • • Coordinate joint business planning sessions with GSI leadership to align on annual objectives, resource allocation, and investment priorities.
  • • Represent Pigment at industry events, partner summits, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and credibility within the GSI community.
  • • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights from GSI engagements to inform product roadmap decisions and strategic positioning.
  • • Ensure all partner activities comply with Pigment’s contractual, legal, and compliance standards while maintaining consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  • • Manage GSI partner contracts, SLAs, and incentive programs, ensuring clarity, fairness, and mutual value creation.
  • • Drive cross-functional alignment across Pigment teams to resolve partner escalations, remove roadblocks, and accelerate deal closures.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of enterprise business planning challenges across Finance, HR, and Operations to effectively articulate Pigment’s value proposition to GSI consultants and their clients.
  • • Travel regularly within EMEA to meet with GSI partners, attend client events, and support joint sales initiatives as needed.
  • • Report directly to the VP of Global Alliances, providing regular updates on partnership health, pipeline progress, and strategic opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in managing strategic alliances or partner ecosystems with Global System Integrators (GSIs) in the SaaS or enterprise software industry
  • • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partner-led sales channels with measurable impact on pipeline and closed deals
  • • Strong understanding of enterprise business planning, performance management, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) solutions
  • • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
