  • • Lead the development and execution of global alliance strategies with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the United States to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Pigment’s AI-powered business planning platform.
  • • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier GSIs including Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, and other leading firms to co-sell, co-market, and deliver Pigment solutions to joint enterprise clients.
  • • Collaborate with Pigment’s sales, product, and customer success teams to align alliance initiatives with company-wide go-to-market objectives and ensure seamless client onboarding and adoption.
  • • Identify, qualify, and onboard new GSI partners by evaluating their market reach, technical capabilities, and alignment with Pigment’s vision and customer base.
  • • Develop and manage joint business plans with each GSI partner, including shared KPIs, revenue targets, pipeline goals, and co-investment in marketing and enablement activities.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for GSI leadership, conducting regular executive reviews, strategic planning sessions, and performance assessments to strengthen partnership depth and commitment.
  • • Create and deliver partner enablement materials, including product training, sales playbooks, technical documentation, and certification programs to ensure GSI teams are fully equipped to sell and implement Pigment effectively.
  • • Monitor competitive dynamics in the GSI ecosystem and adapt alliance strategies to maintain Pigment’s leadership position in the financial planning and performance management software market.
  • • Represent Pigment at industry events, partner summits, and enterprise forums to build brand visibility and foster relationships with key GSI decision-makers.
  • • Track and report on alliance performance metrics including pipeline generated, deals closed, revenue attributed, and partner satisfaction scores using Pigment’s own platform for real-time insights.
  • • Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and marketing teams to negotiate and execute partnership agreements, co-marketing budgets, and incentive structures that align with company policies and growth targets.
  • • Stay deeply informed on enterprise technology trends, AI advancements in planning software, and evolving client needs to position Pigment as the preferred platform for GSI-led digital transformation initiatives.
  • • Drive adoption of Pigment within GSI client accounts by coordinating joint pilot programs, reference case studies, and success stories that demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
  • • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pigment’s product roadmap and communicate upcoming features and capabilities to GSI partners to ensure alignment and early adoption.
  • • Foster a collaborative, high-trust culture with GSI partners by embodying Pigment’s values of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity in all interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience leading global alliance or partner management programs with major System Integrators in the enterprise SaaS industry
  • • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through strategic partnerships with Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, or similar GSIs
  • • Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), performance management, or enterprise software sales cycles
  • • Strong track record of building executive-level relationships with GSI leadership and influencing cross-functional internal teams
