📋 Description

  • As a Global BDR Lead at Luminovo, you will serve as a player-coach, combining hands-on business development with leadership of a 3-5 person BDR team across Europe and North America, driving both individual and team pipeline targets to fuel growth in the OEM segment of the electronics supply chain market.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading multichannel outreach using email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partner networks to connect with technical buyers in the electronics industry; leveraging tools like Apollo, Lusha, Clay, and LinkedIn to build and convert lead lists efficiently; personalizing outreach at scale based on buyer signals and account context; executing and refining proven sequences through experimentation and feedback.
  • You will qualify ICP prospects through thoughtful cold call sequences, collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of high-quality opportunities with detailed context and next steps, and nurture lower-priority accounts through signal-based reactivation and consistent follow-ups to maintain long-term engagement.
  • You will proactively track personal and team metrics, using leading indicators to adjust strategy and hit targets, while feeding frontline insights back to product, marketing, and sales leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and ideal customer profiles based on real customer interactions.
  • You will embody a self-motivated, resilient hunter mindset—able to persist through rejection—while being a team player motivated by collective success, eager to see teammates win, and committed to growing into an Account Executive role through strong work ethic and deepening industry expertise.
  • You will work closely with Clifton (VP Global Sales), Inga (pioneer AE in OEM), Seba and Max (founders and Revenue Operations leads), Cindy (Product Marketing Manager), and Product Managers to fully understand the product roadmap, share customer feedback, and align on positioning and messaging for electronics OEMs.
  • As part of Luminovo, you’ll contribute to a mission-driven company building the first all-in-one supply chain platform for the trillion-dollar electronics industry, helping OEMs and EMS providers control their complete electronics supply chain through data, process, and stakeholder integration.
  • You’ll join a remote-first, psychologically safe culture headquartered in Munich with global teammates in cities like New York, Austin, Calgary, Berlin, London, Valencia, Nairobi, and Verona, where people-first values and technological progress drive innovation and impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar outbound sales role in B2B SaaS, with a track record of generating qualified pipeline through multichannel outreach.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or lead junior team members, even in an informal or player-coach capacity, with a focus on team success and knowledge sharing.
  • Proficiency with modern sales engagement and intelligence tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms for lead generation and outreach automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize messaging at scale and articulate value propositions clearly to technical buyers in complex industries.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset, comfortable with cold outreach and able to maintain performance despite rejection.
  • Openness to learning about the electronics industry and willingness to develop domain expertise to better serve OEM and EMS customers.
