- • As our Global Business Development Manager, your core mission will be to generate and convert new business opportunities, directly impacting Rnrs Solutions' growth trajectory. You will be the architect of our client acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within target organizations. This involves proactively reaching out to founders, Team Leaders, HR Directors, and Talent Leaders in technology companies, initiating insightful conversations about their most pressing hiring challenges, and skillfully qualifying their genuine business needs.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to meticulously converting these qualified prospects into signed search projects. This requires a strategic approach to pipeline management, ensuring a stable and robust flow of qualified opportunities that align with our service offerings. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead generation through to negotiation and closing deals. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role where your success is directly tied to the company's expansion.
- • You will be expected to conduct live client meetings, both online and offline, demonstrating a strong ability to represent Rnrs Solutions with professionalism and expertise. This includes understanding the nuances of business conversations, articulating the value proposition of our specialized recruitment services, and effectively communicating the impact of strategic hiring on growth, scaling challenges, and the cost of delayed critical hires.
- • A key aspect of this role is your ability to drive deals forward. You won't just be building relationships; you'll be actively managing the sales process, ensuring clear next steps and timely progression. This requires a proactive and independent mindset, where you manage your sales funnel and consistently meet your targets without the need for constant daily direction. Your ability to operate autonomously and take full responsibility for your pipeline and revenue results will be crucial.
- • We are looking for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of the business landscape, particularly within the technology and scale-up sectors. You should be adept at discussing strategic growth initiatives, the pressures of scaling teams, and the financial implications of not having the right talent in place at the right time.
