📋 Description

• • As Global Director, Digital & AI Business Partner at ConvaTec, you will serve as the critical link between the Digital & AI function and the wider organization, ensuring technology initiatives are strategically aligned with business goals across Global Business Units and functional areas.
• • You will partner with senior leaders to shape Digital & AI demand, own portfolio roadmaps and business cases, translate complex business needs into value-driven technology initiatives, and oversee delivery, risk, and benefit realization across global programs.
• • You will act as a trusted advisor on emerging Digital & AI capabilities, working closely with Enterprise Architects and Business Analysts to assess scope, cost, and feasibility for senior decision-making.
