📋 Description

• • The Global Enablement & Learning Manager at Collibra NV will architect and lead a global enablement framework to empower Go-to-Market (GTM) teams—Sales, Customer Engineering, and related functions—to perform at their highest level, driving immediate revenue impact and sales excellence.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and implementing global sales enablement strategies, leading end-to-end GTM onboarding programs, developing scalable learning assets using adult learning principles, facilitating high-impact training sessions for audiences up to 1,000, leveraging enablement platforms to measure KPI impact, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and People teams, driving change management, mentoring the enablement team, and crafting leadership experiences to support a high-performance coaching culture.
• • Collibra is a global leader in Data Intelligence, helping organizations unlock the value of their data through a flexible hybrid work model based in London, requiring at least two office days per week to foster connection, collaboration, and team progress.
