• • The Global Generator Value Stream Training and Qualification Leader is responsible for designing, developing, updating, and coordinating comprehensive training and operator qualification materials to support manufacturing program and operational needs at GE Vernova.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing curriculum, trainee and trainer materials, Train-the-Trainer content, qualification standards, coordinating with subject matter experts, reviewing and updating materials based on feedback, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and learning objectives.
• • GE Vernova’s Gas Power business engineers advanced natural gas-powered technologies and decarbonization solutions, operating with a founder’s mindset to deliver innovation with passion, speed, and courage in the pursuit of electrifying and decarbonizing the world.
