- • Partner directly with executive leadership and business unit heads across Coins.ph to align HR strategy with organizational goals and growth objectives.
- • Drive organizational effectiveness by designing and implementing structures, processes, and systems that support scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
- • Lead workforce productivity initiatives by analyzing workforce data, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending evidence-based interventions to improve output and efficiency.
- • Build and enhance leadership capability across the organization through succession planning, leadership assessments, coaching frameworks, and executive development programs.
- • Oversee the design and execution of performance management systems that link individual goals to company-wide KPIs and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Spearhead talent development strategies including identification of high-potential employees, creation of personalized growth paths, and implementation of cross-functional mobility programs.
- • Champion cultural transformation by embedding core values into daily operations, leading employee engagement initiatives, and addressing cultural gaps identified through surveys and feedback loops.
- • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in people practices while adapting policies to local legal, cultural, and operational contexts across regions.
- • Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights on workforce trends, turnover risks, hiring needs, and organizational health metrics.
- • Lead cross-functional projects to resolve complex people-related challenges such as restructuring, integration of acquired teams, or post-merger cultural alignment.
- • Develop and present regular HR dashboards and reports to senior leadership, translating people data into actionable business recommendations.
- • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations in all operating jurisdictions while maintaining alignment with global HR standards.
- • Act as a change agent during periods of rapid growth, organizational redesign, or market expansion, guiding teams through transitions with clarity and empathy.
- • Build trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives and department heads to influence decision-making on people-related matters.
- • Identify and implement innovative HR technologies and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- • Mentor and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering professional growth.
- • Represent HR in strategic business planning sessions, ensuring people considerations are integrated into financial, operational, and product roadmaps.
- • Conduct regular workforce planning exercises to anticipate future talent needs and mitigate risks related to skill gaps or leadership vacuums.
- • Facilitate open dialogue between employees and leadership by designing feedback mechanisms and ensuring transparent communication of organizational changes.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of regional labor markets, compensation benchmarks, and talent trends in Asia-Pacific to inform strategic HR decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Group Lead in a high-growth tech or fintech company
- • Demonstrated success in driving organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation at scale
- • Strong track record in designing and implementing performance management and leadership development systems
- • Deep understanding of labor laws and HR practices across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in Asia-Pacific
- • Ability to influence C-suite executives and business leaders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- • Experience leading HR transformation initiatives during periods of rapid growth or organizational change
